Raj Girn

Founder, Co-Owner, Chairwoman, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Marketing Officer

Raj Girn is a multi-award-winning serial entrepreneur and multimedia personality, who has worked with many Fortune 500 companies and A-list celebrities in Hollywood & Bollywood for over two decades with her multimedia and events brand ANOKHI, founded in 2002, where as a double certified coach and consultant, and reiki master, she helps professionals, thought leaders, and creatives build authentic brands and authority through a slew of services, programs, membership communities, and events. 

Raj is also the co-owner of THE GLAM TEMPLE MEDSPA founded in 2023, which resides in the Greater Toronto Area and provides botox, fillers, PRP among many other injectables and non-injectable services. And recently she became a co-investor in 3 Cabo based short term rental penthouses. 

She is also a proud single mother of a 26 year old son, 3 cats, and a dog, as well as over 100 plants, professing that her favourite role in life is being a mother and nurturer.

Her approach blends nurturing insight with practical advice, helping clients achieve clarity, healing, and a sense of wholeness.

A talented writer and director, Tiffany has led numerous theatrical productions, particularly for churches, showcasing her unique ability to integrate spirituality with artistic expression. She holds degrees in Education and Religious Studies, and certifications as a wedding planner, ESL teacher, and mindset coach. Tiffany’s expertise has been recognized through awards such as the B.Ed. Faculty Award for Most Outstanding Teacher Candidate at Tyndale University in 2010-2011.

Farah Khan

Operations & Process Management Director

Farah Khan is an experienced Operations & Process Management Director with over 14 years of expertise across various business functions. Farah’s entrepreneurial spirit is also reflected in her role as Co-Owner of Sasha’s DIY Event & Party Decor.

With a strong educational background from the University of Toronto in Professional Writing & Communication and Women & Gender Studies, Farah excels in problem-solving and managing multiple aspects of a business. Her strengths in multi-tasking, adaptability, and solution-oriented approach make her an ideal partner for businesses looking for comprehensive and effective management solutions. Kiran R. Khan

Karam Girn is a seasoned branding & marketing professional, with a decade of experience in brand campaigns and digital marketing across a multitude of industries including corporate, media, entertainment, health, and eduction. After completing his academic studies, he further honed his expertise by taking various marketing courses, also earning certifications from Google. Over the past decade, Karam has successfully managed end to end marketing campaigns under the RG Media Enterprises Inc. umbrella, establishing himself as a trusted expert in the field.

As the go-to branding specialist for our team and partners, Karam leads branding efforts for our extensive roster of clients, and is responsible for shaping the identity of several key brands, including TOCCA’s and its sister brands ANOKHI and THE GLAM TEMPLE MEDSPA. His strategic outlook, attention to detail mindset, and constant knowledge of changing trends, has made him an invaluable asset to all teams he works with.
